By deploying a professional male and female caregiver team, we provide unmatched versatility in care delivery. This package ensures that we can accommodate personal preferences for gender-specific assistance during sensitive tasks, such as hygiene, grooming, and transfers, while maintaining a higher standard of safety for complex mobility needs.
Our Collaborative Approach:
Safety & Mobility (Male Caregiver Focus): Often tasked with high-level physical support, including manual lifts, complex transfers, heavy household safety adjustments, and security-focused companionship.
Hygiene & Wellness (Female Caregiver Focus): Often tasked with specialized personal grooming, sensitive ADL support, complex medication management oversight, and detailed environmental maintenance.
Shared Expertise: Both caregiver and CNA are trained, BLS/CPR certified, and trained in mandatory adult reporting. They work as a cohesive unit to ensure 24/7 or intensive day-time coverage that is respectful, safe, and person-centered to make sure we add value to your staff and facility.
